Fleming Homes is a design / build firm that specializes in residential remodels and new construction builds. Founded by Brent Fleming in 2016, Fleming Homes has established a core belief of making a project as seamless as possible for their clients.

Having worked in the field for over 13 years, Brent started as a laborer and worked his way up to earning the position as senior project manager on multiple high end residential building companies. Brent understands the importance of executing a job correctly and finishing a project within the projected time and budget. Above all else is quality, which is why we ensure the use of the most up to date materials and modern techniques to guarantee flawless results.

Our experience working alongside architects and designers on multiple projects ensures attention to all details when planning and designing your project. We believe when it comes to a home, it’s not only what you see on the surface, but also the consideration for whats behind the walls. The products and practices we use everyday create a home your family will enjoy for generations to come.

Design

It all starts with the initial phone call or first site meeting. We will be there to help assist in getting your thoughts and ideas for a project to an actual concept.

Develop

We will work with all appropriate departments to make sure that you’re project is getting done according to code and under all guidelines. We will develop the project timeline and plan and make sure that it is executed correctly along all steps of the project.

Deliver

Working with many talented tradesmen and subcontractors we will make sure the outcome of your project exceeds all expectations. We strive to make sure a project gets finished within the projected time and budget proposed.

Best Contractor
Spent time with us to design exactly what we wanted. Cost was far below other bid due in large part due to the excellent relationship with the kitchen cabinet shop and appliances, beating the big box stores both in cost and quality. His team of carpenters were highly skilled, cleaned up every day and moved the furniture we could not.Minor changers were easy to accomplish. Work was done on schedule and we hired Fleming for two additional jobs. The best contractor I've worked with.
